We had to get our roof replaced at our Oklahoma residence last year. We were extremely impressed and pleased with Peak Performance Roofing. They had already replaced several in our neighborhood in Oklahoma. Always professional, respectful, keeping job site clean, aware of protecting your property (like covering the immediate surrounding of the house), using magnets to locate nails in the yard, and amazingly knocked the job out in one day and exceeding our expectations. With the other upgrades we have done at Summit Ridge, Joplin, MO home we felt it would be wise to have our roof checked as well. Because of the tornado/storm in April and upon inspecting the roof, Cole immediately called Dale and said, “the roof in Joplin is worse than the one was in Oklahoma.” We jumped on it to get the job scheduled within a quick timeframe. Again, they exceeded our expectations with all the professionalism as before including clean job site and even covered the pool for extra protection. This also included our pool house and gutters. The next step is having Peak Performance guttering team replace all the gutters to complete the new roof project. Chance Kidd with Peak Performance Roofing stop by our house wanting to check out our roof to see if we needed some repairs. We discovered we needed a new roof and the guttering. Chance work with the insurance inspector getting the insurance company to cover all the cost we were out only the deductible amount. We are very pleased with the results and with Chance he has been on top of every process checking to make sure everything thing was done properly and cleaned up.
