You must be:
Sales experience is required. Roofing experience is preferred, but we will train the right salesperson on the roofing side.
You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
This is a full-time 1099 sales position.
You control your schedule—but you are expected to treat this like a career, not a side hustle.
Prime selling hours are afternoons and evenings, and Saturday is an important selling day.
We respect family and work-life balance. Sundays are off.
You bring the effort. We provide the tools and support to help you succeed.
Salespeople provide their own vehicle. You will have the option for us to have your vehicle professionally wrapped with Peak Performance branding and when you meet the required monthly sales quota, you will qualify for a monthly vehicle stipend.
