From the very beginning, this company was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and never tried to pressure me into making a decision.Cole was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and always kept me informed. Communication was excellent, and he made everything easy to understand.One thing that really impressed me was how familiar they were with my HOA requirements. They handled the covenants and approval process without any hassle, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders.The roofing crew showed up on time, treated my property with respect, and did an excellent job cleaning up when the work was finished. You could tell they took pride in their work.The finished roof looks fantastic, and I truly feel like I have the same—or even a better—roof than I had before the storm.
