This will be an unusual review because I did not opt to choose Peakprc to roof my house, but bear with me. My neighborhood sustained a lot of damage from recent storms. I was approached by Cole of Peakprc about a roof replacement. But I wanted to do some research to make sure I got the best product I could. Ultimately, I chose another company certified to install the brand of shingles I felt would be the highest quality. However, I found that in the end, the shingles chosen aren't nearly as important as the installation and care after completion. After seeing almost a dozen homes re-roofed on and near my street, including my next door neighbor, primarily by Peakprc, but also by other companies, I can say, in all honesty and with a tinge of regret, I would choose Peak every time if I had to do it again. Comparing their work ethic, neatness, customer service and professionalism to what I experienced and saw from completing companies in the neighborhood, they are far and away the best roofing company operating in Green Country. I'm posting this review because I think it's easy to over think and over research this situation. The internet is a great resource for information but like me, you can easily lose perspective and get lost in the data. My advice to you if thinking of roofing you most precious investment would be to visit an ongoing Peakprc jobsite and judge for yourself.

Caleb did an awesome job for us. He was always available to answer our questions. Peak Performance did a great job with our roof replacement. They took the time to cover all of our flower beds with netting. Their crew had everything finished same day. We were very impressed and happy with the quality of their final product. I was referred to Cole because he loves working with State Farm and the adjusters, I’ve had 4 denials from State Farm snd other roofing companies just stopped at the first denial, and then ghosted me. Cole took over dealing with State Farm, gave me step by step instructions on how to best State Farm and what the expectations are… after the tornado hit Bartlesville, we got a new adjuster that wasn’t out of state, Cole Chaplin took over dealing with everything for me, I was very skeptical because “I’ve heard” everything that goes wrong… and contractors that sell a dream but deliver a nightmare. This what the total opposite experience with Cole, I cannot say enough positives things about Cole and the Peak Performance company in whole. They covered my property with “The Catch All” and gave me total peace of mind that my landscaping would be protected, and my pool in the backyard wouldn’t have nails in it. It was also covered. It was Peak Performance through and through. Cole is very good at what he does. His powerhouse company lives up to their name, “Peak Performance Roofing and Construction”. Always pleasant, very positive, listens well, and addresses all of the customer’s needed repairs. Excellent communication, fast and thorough service, works quickly, knowledgeable with all phases of roofing and insurance, very friendly, answers my questions. Cole has an army of experienced hardworking employees who work diligently, methodically, and quickly to get the job done perfectly, and in record breaking time. My experience with Peak Performance Roofing has been top notch. I worked with Cole and he always showed up on time for schedule appointments and kept good communication with me via text. He made this experience so easy from helping me submit my claim to every last detail of my install. The day they installed my roof they arrived at 6:00 am and were finished by 12:00. My landscaping was protected with a tarp and the crew cleaned up everything after completing the job. If you need a new roof, this is a company you can trust! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I would use Peak again in a minute! Cole insisted that I go and look at their work in progress and some completed jobs as well. I visited with several homeowners who had used Peak and everyone I spoke with was more than happy with their work and assured me I would be as well. Cole took care of filing my claim (hail damage) with State Farm and met with the adjuster when the time came. I was approved for a roof and new guttering as well as the copper cupola and finials. Before the roofing job began, the old, damaged guttering was removed from the house. The day the roof was installed, Cole and Bryson were at my house before sunup to install protective netting around the house. We have extensive landscaping around our home and the netting proved to be invaluable as our landscaping escaped any major damage. Amazing considering the scope of the roofing job!! The old shingles were torn off and ice and water seal was installed in all the valleys and around the drip edge followed by new felt and a new drip edge. The shingles we installed were Tamko class 4 impact resistant and qualified us for a very nice discount on our homeowners premium. Again, this was all under taken care of by our Peak rep. Cole. The roof went on in one day. Clean up by the Peak crew was great! Following our roof replacement, the guttering crew installed the new gutters. The product used is top notch. Impressed with the corners as the joining process they use doesn’t leak like our previous gutters. The entire process for roof and gutters involved three days. In closing I want to say two words come to mind: “honesty” and “integrity”. Cole is a young man with a firm handshake and will look you in the eye. He was forthcoming with information and talked with us through each stage of this process. He takes his work personally, our home was treated like it was his own. If you are needing a roof put on your home, Peak Performance has got you covered!
